La Boidina Chardonnay DOC

White wine made from Chardonnay grapes harvested ripe and subjected to soft crushing. It rests in barrels where the fermentation took place, with a further
aging in Acacia barrels.

Yellow pale straw color tending toward greenish. On the nose is fresh, floral, fruity, with characteristic hints of banana end exotic fruit. On the palate is harmonious, velvety, balanced and refined with a good structure and persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes. It should be served at a temperature around 10 to 12 degrees.
